“You’re Not Alone” is our Teen Mental Health social media campaign and program designed to educate our youth in understanding that the words, “Mental Health” are not bad words and it is OK and important to ask for help.
The focus of this program is to reduce the stigma on mental illness and provide suicide prevention measures by encouraging youth to reach out and talk to an adult when experiencing feelings of sadness, stress, and depression.
The program is a one-hour course or series of sessions taught to youth in a group setting at your location FREE of charge. Combined with our Mental Health First Aid training for the community, the suicide prevention measures we teach can assist our youth to reach out to their peers, friends, and family for help.
This program also teaches skills that help reduce stress, encourage confidence and help focus on living in the present, rather than focus on things that many of our youth cannot control.
